Residential building inspection (single family home, detached home, condo and multi-dwelling building)
The home inspection performed according to the standard of practice of the InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) involves a visual examination of the physical condition of systems and components: the structure, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electricity, heating, central air conditioning, interior, insulation and ventilation. The purpose of the inspection is to identify the apparent major defects that diminish the use, enjoyment or value of real property or that pose a risk to the safety of its occupants.
The inspection takes about two hours and a half and can be carried with the customer, who can ask the necessary questions for a better understanding of the overall condition of the building.
A detailed report with photos will be written within 48 hours after visual examination. The report recounts all the observations and recommendations identified during the inspection. We are holders of an errors and omissions insurance.
